We all want to be healthy, and in today's day and age it is important to take care of our bodies. Whether its mental health or physical health. Purposeful Sea Moss was started from me taking the sea moss gel every morning. I noticed my Irritable Bowl Syndrome started to ease up and my digestive tract became healthier. I haven't had a cold in years which sea moss helped boost my immune system. I even use it on my face for a clear smooth looking glow.
